Tim & Vercia: Taking travel pictures and videos for us has always been a fun hobby. We started using an instagram account because we simply wanted one place to save and share our best pictures from our travels for our friends, family and ourselves. 

After some time, we decided to share our work with the world, and changed from a private to a public profile. Although we have had such an overwhelmingly positive result, taking pictures and videos we don’t want to loose the fun fact. It's always important to us to keep in mind that it started as a fun hobby.  Our goal would be to see as many countries as possible together as a family.

Tim & Vercia: Instagram can be lot of work, there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes to get the photos that we end up publishing. Although sometimes we need a break, we love it. We couldn’t imagine not using Instagram for our pictures and videos. 

Keeping our private life, private can be challenging, which is we don't share much of our personal life. That's something very important to us. 

There are always the little challenges as well like, staying in a tent during a storm, which can be quite scary. Missing connecting flights or road closures, all the expected travel annoyances.  

But thanks to all these little challenges we have become such a great team! We learned how to deal with all types of problems by staying calm, trying to keep a positive moods and being confident. There is always a solution to every challenge.

Tim: Pin-pointing one thing to be the "most rewarding" is impossible because there have been so many. One that we experiencequite often is to see the results of demanding photoshoots. For example our northern lightshoot on the Lofoten-Island. We stayed awake through the night, waiting for the northern lights to appear. When they finally did Verica, who was pregnant at the time, had to jump out of the car and run to the beach so we could get the perfect shot. It was been freezing cold, quite slippery and dark but in the end it was worth the effort.

Tim & Vercia: Having fun!! In our eyes you can only be truly successful at what you are do, when you love it. It's also a perk to be able to do what you love, with the people that you love.
