1. Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store by consumers and entrepreneurs. The scope of application refers to the business relationship between Buckle and Seam GmbH, Hannebach, 30, 96269, Großheirath (hereinafter "seller") and buyer (hereinafter "customer"). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. These GTC shall also apply to future business relationships with entrepreneurs without us having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

2. Contractual partner/conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Buckle and Seam GmbH. By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation by 'Add to shopping cart' and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance of the order.

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can also view and download the GTC at any time here on this page. A contract between the seller (Buckle and Seam GmbH) and the buyer ("customer") is concluded when payment is made.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices stated on our website are always inclusive of VAT. The seller reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. The buyer is not entitled to a refund due to price changes.

5. delivery conditions & availability of goods

We deliver worldwide. We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself. We do not deliver to packing stations. For more information on import duties or transportation conditions, please read our shipping & returns conditions. The buyer does not have to pay shipping costs for orders over 100€, these are borne by Buckle and Seam GmbH. If the ordered product is not available, this will be communicated to the buyer. If no comparable product is available and the buyer does not want a comparable product, the seller will refund any payments made immediately.

6. Payment Methods

The buyer can choose from the available payment methods within the framework and during the completion of the ordering process. In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available: Credit Card: When you place an order, you provide us with your credit card details. After verifying your legitimacy as the rightful cardholder, we promptly request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company, and your card is charged. No additional costs are incurred. PayPal, PayPal Express: During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. Further instructions are provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction is immediately and automatically executed by PayPal. No additional costs are incurred for PayPal and PayPal Express. Bank Transfer: After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider immediate bank transfer. To pay the invoice amount via bank transfer, you must have an online banking account activated for immediate bank transfer with a PIN/TAN procedure, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further instructions are provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction is immediately carried out by immediate bank transfer, and your account is debited. No additional costs are incurred. Amazon Pay: With Amazon Pay, you can use your stored address and payment data from Amazon without registering with us. After clicking the Amazon Pay purchase button in the shopping cart, simply enter your Amazon email address and password to complete the ordering process easily and securely. 7.1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Buckle and Seam GmbH, Hannebach, 30, 96269, Großheirath, service@buckleandseam.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts unless the parties have agreed otherwise: Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. We expressly point out that we do not grant the right of withdrawal to self-employed individuals, companies, freelancers, or commercial customers in principle.

7.2 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, concluded with self-employed individuals, companies, freelancers, or commercial customers.
