SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Free shipping over €100

You will receive your order via GLS or Hermes delivery in 2 – 7 days after receipt of the order confirmation email. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, with which you can track the status of your order. The tracking number can be provided between 24 and 48 hours. For shopping carts under 100€ we charge 5€ shipping costs.

Please note that engraved items will take approximately 4-7 business days longer to ship.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

Shipping from Germany: All our orders are shipped directly from Germany.

No customs fees within the EU: For shipments within the European Union, there are no additional customs fees or import taxes.

Customs and import fees outside the EU: Please note that outside the EU, different regulations regarding customs fees and import VAT may apply. These fees are 100% payable to the customs authority of the destination country and must be covered by you. If you refuse to accept the package, the fees will still be charged and deducted from your refund in the event of a return.

FREE RETURNS ON NON-DISCOUNTED ITEMS

We offer customers who are entitled to the right of withdrawal and who have ordered without a discount code a free and easy return within 14 days of ordering. Please contact us via email to service@buckleandseam.com .

Customers who have ordered with a discount code and would like to return their goods will be charged €5 for the return shipping. The fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection (initial engraving) or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly personal tailored to the needs of the consumer.
